How long can I cancel?
ou can cancel your Schlossberg experience up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the experience will not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure to review our cancellation policy in detail at the time of booking to avoid any misunderstandings.
What is if its rainy?
If it’s rainy on the day of your Schlossberg experience, we still proceed as planned, as many guests enjoy the unique atmosphere that rain can bring to the area. However, if the weather conditions are severe and could impact safety (such as thunderstorms or heavy storms), we may cancel the experience for your safety. In such cases, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or an option to reschedule.

How do I return the picnic basket after my Schlossberg experience?
You can return the picnic basket to the original meeting point, or, for added convenience, you may leave it at the hotel lobby. If you’d prefer for us to pick up the basket, just let us know at least 40 minutes in advance, and we’ll arrange a pickup for you
Can I bring my Kids to the Event?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring kids to the event! Please be sure to book a spot for each child attending so we can accommodate everyone comfortably.
